Black Lives Matter. SolutionsWest stands firmly behind the truth of this statement. We also recognize that we live in a society built on over 400 years of systemic racism. Much more work is needed to overcome our history and get to a place where the truth that Black Lives Matter is truly embodied and ingrained in our national consciousness. We are committed to doing our part of this work.

We are a company based on and dedicated to change and growth. Since the murder of George Floyd and the subsequent (re)awakening of an overwhelming majority of Americans to the daily injustices faced by Black people in this country, SolutionsWest has taken time to listen, to learn, and to look inward and examine how we can change, grow, and do better as a company. Our commitment to diversity in our workplace has always been strong, and we have long had a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination and harassment of any kind. We now recognize that we must go further to become an actively anti-racist company. We will be sharing resources as we grow into this role. We invite our partners, clients, and community to join us in becoming part of real, meaningful, and long-overdue systemic change.
