12-Month System Trainer Positions Available:
Automated Welfare System Trainers and Implementation Support Staff
An exciting opportunity for Trainers and Implementation Support Staff for a system migration implementation project. As part of a large project team, you will be responsible for the delivery of system training and post-implementation support. Training for Trainers starts on June 29, 2009. Training delivery and post-implementation support begins August 31, 2009, and ends June 30, 2010. We are a proud equal opportunity employer.
Responsibilities:
o Learn all components of the curriculum by attending extensive 2-month Training
for Trainers in Rancho Cordova, CA
o Travel to assigned training locations throughout California
o Deliver training per prescribed curriculum in an instructor-led computer
classroom
Knowledge and Experience:
o Eligibility program knowledge (desired)
o Training or public speaking experience
o Basic PC skills
o Works well in team environment but can also work independently
o Ability to problem solve
o Ability to clearly explain how to complete a computer task
Physical Demands:
o May be required to work early or late hours, evenings, weekends, on-call,
and/or overtime
o Will be required to spend long periods of time standing
o Will be required to travel throughout California to deliver training in regional
and county training centers
